How it works

• Open Top up in the console and choose USDT (TRC20).
• Enter how much USDT you want to top up and create an order. You will see the exact amount to send, our receiving address (with a QR code) and how much credit you will get.
• Send exactly that amount, decimals included. The order is valid for 30 minutes.
• About 1–2 minutes after the transfer confirms on-chain, the credit appears in your balance. You do not need to send us a screenshot or a transaction ID.

Why the amount has extra decimals

Each order gets its own amount, for example 100.0180 USDT instead of 100. That small tail is how we recognise that the transfer is yours, without you having to report anything. Our receiving address is public, so asking customers to report a transaction ID would let someone else claim your payment first; a unique amount cannot be claimed by anyone but the person who sent it.

Please check before you send

• Network: TRON (TRC20) only. USDT sent on another network (ERC20, BEP20 and so on) cannot be recovered.
• Exchange fees: if you withdraw from an exchange that deducts a fee from the amount, make sure the amount that arrives equals the figure on your order.
• Minimum: 10 USDT per order.
• Rate: shown when you create the order and locked for that order, so the credit you see is the credit you get.

Good to know

• No SST and no fees on USDT top-ups. The credit is the amount times the rate shown, nothing deducted.
• Late is fine. If you send the exact amount after the 30 minutes are up, it is still matched and credited, as long as it arrives within 24 hours.
• Large top-ups are credited after a quick manual check by our team.
• Sent the wrong amount? The payment is not lost. Message us on WhatsApp with the transaction ID and we will credit it to your account.

FPX online banking is still available in the same place. On the Top up page, simply choose the method you prefer.
