The tiers

Same price for every Malaysian network, same short code, same per-number delivery report at every tier. The only thing that changes is the rate.

How it works

• It counts every message you have sent since you joined, across all your campaigns and the API. It does not reset each month.
• Only messages we actually charged you for count. Numbers that were rejected and refunded are left out, so a bad list does not push you up the tiers.
• It is automatic. The moment your total crosses a threshold, every new campaign is priced at the new rate. There is nothing to apply for and nothing to sign.
• Campaigns already sent keep the price they were quoted at. The new rate applies from your next campaign.
• It is per segment, like our standard rate. A message that needs two segments (a long message, or Chinese text over 70 characters) is charged twice at your tier rate.

Where to see your progress

Log in and open Send SMS. Right under the cost estimate you will see how many messages you have sent so far and how many more until your next tier, for example “3,284 sent so far · 1,716 more to drop to RM0.18/segment”. Your current rate is also shown next to your balance at the top of the console.

What it looks like in practice

A business sending 50,000 messages over its first few months pays RM0.20 for the first 5,000, RM0.18 up to 20,000, RM0.17 up to 50,000, and RM0.16 for everything after that. An account that has passed 300,000 messages pays RM0.14 per segment on every new campaign, 30% below the standard rate.

Already have a custom rate?

If we have agreed a fixed rate with you, it stays exactly as agreed and is not affected by the tiers. If your volume is well beyond these tiers, or you would like to talk about your rate, message us on WhatsApp.
